⭐️ The course will use wrapped sourdough method. Chef Giovanna will explain how to use and maintain. This course is interactive-based with students. ⭐️

Chef's Giovanna's Background 簡介:
Chef Giovanna has been living in Italy for almost 20 years, and she is the first Taiwanese student of Chef Rolando Morandin - the godfather of Italian Christmas bread. She is the team captain for Taiwan in 2025 Panettone World Championship, and led the Taiwanese team win the world champion title in Milan, Italy in October 2025.

旅居義大利近20年的Giovanna主廚，是義大利聖誕麵包教父Rolando Morandin主廚的首位台灣弟子，並擔任2025年Panettone世界錦標賽台灣隊隊長，帶領台灣隊於2025年10月在義大利米蘭奪得世界冠軍名譽。
