- Our products are freshly baked to order and include dairy and nut products. Please notify us if you have any food allergies.
Collection Arrangement
Self Pick-Up
Our self pick-up points include our Harbour City ( outside LCX) and the Lai Chi Kok Pick Up Spot (the full address will be provided when you receive the order confirmation).
Self pick-up time slot is between 11:30-20:30 for our stores and 10:00-16:30 for the Lai Chi Kok Pick Up Spot daily. Please contact us if you need any special arrangements.
Delivery Service
Forest cakes - we provide 2 delivery time slots: between 10:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00.
- Kowloon : $200
- Hong Kong Island / New Territories : $250
- Discovery Bay / Ma Wan / HK outlying islands : Unavailable
Bad Weather Arrangement
- Delivery service might be suspended or cancelled if typhoon signal no. 8 / 10 or black rainstorm is hoisted.
- We will get in touch with you for a special arrangement.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
- No cancellation or refund will be accepted after an order is confirmed.
- If you'd like to reschedule the pick-up or delivery date of your order, please notify us at least 5 days in advance.
Workshop
- We are currently offering 1-1 private workshops with Alison only. Please WhatsApp +852 61516861 for class details.
- Group workshops will be arranged in the upcoming few months!
