Alison is a self-taught cake designer, who has found her passion for creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes since 2016.

The one and only cake decorating class she took back in 2013 became her unofficial first step into the cake world, which perfectly combined her affection for art and baking. Over the years, she developed a wide spectrum of knowledge from books, online and most importantly, self-experience, enabling her to hone her cake decorating skills and fine-tuning sugar-art techniques. Mind you - that included endless failures!​

Officially launching her business in 2018, Alison quickly excelled in the online world of cake decorating. With the help of social media, Alison has been fortunate enough to see Dear Harley Confectionery ＆ Design grow into a business bigger than she could ever have dreamed.
