Class Curriculum
 

1. Cake Baking

+how to prepare your tins and use 8 ingredients to bake a soft and delicious cake that rises evenly using our Dear Harley recipe
+how to avoid burnt sides and tops 

+how to test and make sure cakes are completely baked

+how to keep your cake moist and fluffy for up to 2-3 days

2. Cake Assembly

+how to cut cakes into identical and straight layers that are ideal for stacking

+how to fill and ice a perfectly straight cake 

+how to achieve the semi-naked look on a cake with our smooth and scrumptious Italian meringue buttercream

3. Cake Decorating

+how to make traditional white chocolate ganache for decoration

+how to securely place prepared macarons on cake top

Class Details

Dates: 22/10, 6/11, 19/11, 11/12

Time: 19:00 - 21:30

Cake Size: A 4-inch Round Cake/ Student

Fee: $800 HKD

Dear Harley vanilla cake recipe included

Each student will learn with their own Smeg stand mixer

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Light refreshments will be served in studio

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time

Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class!
