The 5 modules course is intended to introduce and advance the fundamental knowledge of baking and cake decorating.

1. Where is your workshop located?


A: Our workshop is located in one of the busiest business hubs in Hong Kong - Central. Shop 13, PMQ, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central.

2. Who is this workshop for? I don't have any experience in baking, can I join? 
 

A: All the workshops are suitable for beginners or bakers with experience. 

 


3. How many students are you taking per class?
 

A: To ensure an effective learning experience, we only hold classes that accommodate maximum 8 students. This allows us to focus on each student’s needs and questions. 

4. Is the workshop taught in Chinese? Or English? 
 

A: Our instructors are capable of teaching both in Chinese and English. We will be teaching in a language/ languages that accommodate all the students in that class. 

5. What do I have to bring to class? Do I have to bring my own ingredients? And baking tools? 
 

A: All baking tools and equipments are provided in class. Bring a snack!

6. How does the module work? Should I start from module 1? Can I just choose the modules I like?
 

A: If you want to learn everything about cake decorating from top to bottom, we highly recommend you to join our Dear Harley Cake Decorating Course in order (I.e. Module 1 to 5). It is designed for students who would like to master both buttercream and fondant cakes singlehandedly at home or those who would like to pursue a designer-cake career.
