+how to dress up the puffs with craqueline - a sweet, crunchy cookie crust!

2. Vanilla Custard

+how to make light and creamy vanilla custard that melts in your mouth!

3. Assembly
+how to fill a choux pastry fully with cream and store them in best condition

Class Details

Dates: 14/3 SAT (14:00-17:00), 22/3 SUN (10:00-13:00)

Quantity: 5 large choux puffs

Fee: $550 HKD

Dear Harley chiffon cake recipe included

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time (Haha!) 

Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class
