+how to keep sponge layers soft and moist prior to cake assembly
2. Cake Assembly
+how to fill, crumb-coat and carve an handbag shape
+how to prepare our cake prior to fondant masking
3. Masking & Cake Decorating
+how to cover our cake perfectly with fondant (choose your own handbag colour!)
+how to make delicate handbag decorations such as the gold buckle
+how to make and safely place the handles on the cake
