2. Cake Assembly

+how to achieve the popular razor sharp ganache edges

3. Masking

+how to cover a ganache cake with fondant  

+how to remove air bubbles trapped inside fondant

+how to avoid elephant skin on fondant during masking 

+how to create the trendy and modern razor sharp fondant edges and straight corners 

4. Cake Stacking

+how to build a strong and stable structure for a 2-tier fondant cake that is safe and secure during transportation or delivery 

+how to stack a dummy cake steadily on top of a real cake

+how to use special tools for the final touch-up​on the fondant cake 

5. Cake Decorating

+how to add silver transfer leaves on a 2-tier fondant cake

+how to clean and prepare fresh flowers safely before putting them on the cake

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Light refreshments will be served in studio

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time

Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class!
