1. Preparation
+how to cut equal and straight layers of cakes using a serrated knife
+how to keep sponge layers soft and moist prior to cake assembly
+how to prepare boards and dowels for a tiered buttercream cake
2. Cake Assembly
+how to fill and crumb-coat 2 perfectly straight cakes
+how to create a smooth buttercream coating with a concrete effect on both cakes
+how to achieve the popular razor sharp buttercream edges
3. Cake Stacking
+how to build a strong and stable structure for a 2-tier buttercream cake that is safe and secure during transportation or delivery
+how to stack one cake steadily on top of another
+how to use buttercream for touch-up
4. Cake Decorating
+how to make sugar sails for decoration
+how to decorate our cake with fluorescent splats (choose your own colours!)

All tools and equipments will be provided in class
Light refreshments will be served in studio
Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class
Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time
Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class!
