2. Raspberry Chantilly Cream

+how to make raspberry Chantilly cream

3. Assembly
+how to evenly spread fresh raspberries within the cake
+how to roll up the chiffon layer without cracking

Class Details

Dates: 8/2 SAT (14:00-17:00), 19/2 WED (18:00-21:00)

Quantity: 1 Roll Cake/ Student

Fee: $800 HKD

Dear Harley chiffon cake recipe included

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time (Haha!) 

Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class
