1. Preparation

+how to keep sponge layers soft and moist prior to cake assembly 

2. Cake Assembly

+how to fill, crumb-coat and carve an irregular iceberg-shaped cake

+how to prepare our cake prior to fondant masking

3. Masking & Cake Decorating

+how to cover our irregular cake perfectly with fondant and highlight the iceberg shape

+how to create the glacier blue colour on the cake

+how to make penguin figurines (students can make more or less depending on work progress)

Dates: 2/11, 15/12 

Time: 10:00-17:00 

Cake Size: A 5-inch Cake / Student

Fee: $2350 HKD

Dear Harley signature vanilla cake recipe included

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Light refreshments will be served in studio

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time

Please bring along a light lunch with you
