2. Meringue Cookie Decorating

+how to pipe rose-shaped meringue cookies

Class Details

Dates: 17/3, 31/3, 7/4, 14/4, 21/4, 28/4 (Sunday Afternoons)

Time: 14:00 - 17:00

Quantity: 15-20 Meringue Cookies/ Student

Fee: $800 HKD

Dear Harley french meringue cookies recipe included

All tools and equipments will be provided in class

Each student will learn with their own Smeg stand mixer

Light refreshments will be served in studio

Please wear light and comfortable clothing for the class

Please be on time for the class as the class will start on time (Haha!) 

Despite the amount of sugary bites in the studio, you may want to fill your tummy before the class
